To dispel wind, remove obstruction of the meridians and collaterals, analgesic, ease swelling, temporary relieve minor ache and pain associated with sprain or strain of joint and muscle. Apply 2 to 3 drops to affected area 2 to 3 times daily. Massage the affected area lightly for 2 to 3 minutes. Find the most painful spot around affected area and apply on the spot. Wrap a hot pad with towel and place it over the affected area for 5 to 10 minutes. Use thumb or knuckle to massage the affected area with moderate pressure to enhance blood circulation. Repeat as necessary.
