Tasting Notes: Intense straw-yellow colour depending on the vintage, an intense fruity, aromatic and very persistent scent. The sweet flavour is in balance with the low actual alcohol content (5%) and the acidity, which is never too high but gives the product a pleasant freshness. It is vinified exclusively in steel vessels.
