Made using fresh, seasonal natural yuzu from Japan. Produced with domestically grown Yuzu and barley Shochu. Naturally sweet barley distillate serves as the base spirit, while the yuzu is soaked thoroughly. The product is then carefully distilled at low temperatures to bring out its fresh aroma and brightness of Yuzu.
