The Sony NP-FZ100 is a high-capacity rechargeable lithium-ion battery designed for compatible Sony α interchangeable-lens cameras. As part of Sony's Z-Series battery range, it provides substantially more energy than older batteries such as the NP-FW50, making it particularly suitable for modern cameras with demanding features such as high-speed continuous shooting, advanced autofocus, electronic viewfinders and high-resolution video recording.
