This bundle consists of 1 gift set bundle of Cilicuka Original, Cilicuka Very Hot, Cilicuka Very Very Hot and our unique green chilli sauce, Sambal Hijau.

Cilicuka is made based on Shermay’s grandma’s authentic Peranakan recipe of sun-ripened chillies and vinegar, which gives it a savoury taste of chilli, with a hint of tang. It is served on-board Singapore Airlines, and has been served in their lounges.

Shermay has recreated this traditional hot sauce based on her grandma's handwritten notes, an heirloom recipe which is at least half a century old. Shermay’s Sambal Hijau is made of green chillies, shallots, calamansi lime and dried shrimp. These sauces will make the perfect accompaniment to our signature crackers and traditional Asian fried snacks!
