The campaign is applicable at all Participating Retail and F&B Stores within the transit and public areas (Terminals 1 to 4).

This Shopping Promotion shall be from 4 Jun 2026, 00:01 hours SGT to 21 October 2026, 23:59 hours SGT.

iShopChangi: You will qualify for the campaign if you meet the minimum spend on iShopChangi.com.

Transit Area: You will qualify for the campaign if (1) you are traveling or (2) you meet the minimum spend at any Participating Stores in the transit areas within Terminals 1 to 4 of Changi Airport with valid boarding.

Public Area: You will also qualify for the campaign if you meet the minimum spend at any Participating stores in the public areas within Terminals 1 to 4 of Changi Airport.

No spend game: You may scan your boarding pass to play once at the game kiosk.

Spend game: If you spend at least S$60, you will get 1 chance to play, capped at 3 chances. Additionally, if you pay with Mastercard or shop on iShopChangi, you will get an additional chance.

Campaign Period

• The promotion period is between 4 June 2026 (0000hrs, Singapore time) to 21 October 2026  (2359hrs, Singapore time), both dates inclusive.

Who Can Participate

• Travellers with a valid boarding pass and visitors in the public areas of Changi Airport Terminals 1 to 4.
• You must be at least 18 years old for liquor or other age-restricted purchases or redemptions.

How to Participate

• Scan a valid boarding pass at a game kiosk to enjoy 1 complimentary game play (no purchase required for in-transit customers).
• Or make a qualifying purchase at a participating store or on iShopChangi.com.

Qualifying Spend

• Receive 1 game play for every S$60 spent in a single receipt, capped at 3 game plays per receipt.
• Bonus game plays may apply for eligible Mastercard and/or iShopChangi purchases.
• Only the final net spend after discounts and vouchers counts toward qualifying spend.
• Amounts paid using vouchers or gift cards, tobacco purchases, and purchases from excluded outlets do not qualify.

Prizes & Redemptions

• Prizes, vouchers and benefits are subject to availability and while stocks last.
• Prize outcomes are determined by a randomized electronic draw system.
• Prizes and vouchers must be redeemed within the stated validity period and are not transferable, refundable or exchangeable for cash unless stated otherwise.

Minimum Qualifying Spend Criteria

• For all Minimum Qualifying Spend made across all platforms, the net amount spent by the Participant after any discounts, reductions and/or vouchers shall be taken. To avoid doubt, the following amounts shall be excluded from all Minimum Qualifying Spend: 
• Amounts paid using vouchers (including Capitaland vouchers, Changi Dollar 
• Vouchers, e-Changi Dollar Vouchers, Changi Rewards eVouchers, Jewel Gift Vouchers and/or Changi Gift Cards);  
• Amounts paid for the purchase of tobacco products (including without limitation cigarettes, cigars, or any other form of tobacco, or any tobacco derivative or substitute) will not be counted towards the minimum spends required for the redemption of gifts, discounts or benefits. 
• All amounts arising from or related to purchases and/or transactions made at service outlets and at the following outlets at Singapore Changi Airport or Jewel Changi Airport:

• Money changing facilities 
• Medical clinics 
• Top-up card machines 
• Postal services & Post-on-Wheels 
• Lounges (Bank / Airline / Ambassador / Pay-per-use lounges)

• The list of excluded outlets in the Promotion is subject to change by CAG at its discretion without prior notice.

General

• If a qualifying transaction is cancelled or refunded, related participation, prizes or benefits may be forfeited.

• CAG may update the campaign terms or end the campaign at its discretion.
