How to collect purchased bags?

Travellers can place their orders online 30 days or 12 hours before flying and collect their bags from one of the many Collection Centres located across Singapore Changi Airport’s arrival and departure halls. Enjoy free delivery across Singapore on orders S$59 and above, but for purchases below that amount, a delivery fee of S$8 applies.

Non-travellers must cart out with at least S$59 and provide a local residential address for delivery — delivery will be free if you meet these conditions. Alternatively, you can pick up your tax-absorbed orders from the T2 Arrival (Public Area) iShopChangi Counter (for selected items) without meeting any minimum spend requirement.

What is the return policy?

iShopChangi has a 30-day return policy for eligible men's bags. You can return a bag if it's incorrect, incomplete, defective, or even if you simply change your mind (though some exclusions apply). For more information, refer to our Return Policy page.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery of your men's bag, whether it's a slim bag for men or a men's leather computer bag, typically takes 3-5 business days for standard orders and 1-4 business days for consolidated iShopChangi orders.
