Unveil the timeless allure of The Singapore Sling, a legendary cocktail that traces its roots back to the early 20th century at Raffles Hotel's Long Bar in Singapore. Crafted by bartender Ngiam Tong Boon, this iconic libation was originally designed as a lady's drink. Together with its iconic pink hue, the exquisite flavours of this cocktail have garnered international recognition.
2 cups of ice
50ml of gin (You won’t go wrong with London dry gin from brands like Tanqueray)

120ml of pineapple juice

Experience the refreshing sparkle of Candy Mansi inspired by the collaboration last National Day between a rooftop cocktail bar at the National Gallery Singapore, Smoke & Mirrors, and Botanist Gin. Their delightful concoction combines the zesty goodness of calamansi juice, the premium essence of Botanist Gin, and the effervescence of prosecco. This recipe, however, takes it up a notch with a kick of rum for an added punch.
60ml of rum (Classic brands work wonders, especially the BACARDÍ Reserva Ocho golden rum)
15ml of fresh calamansi juice
A dash of orange bitters
Dehydrated calamansi wheels to garnish
Ice to serve
Begin by cooling a glass with ice and setting it aside.
Combine all the ingredients in a mixing glass, add ice, and gently stir them together.
Strain the mixture into a glass filled with fresh ice.
For a delightful finishing touch, garnish your cocktail with dehydrated calamansi wheels for a burst of citrusy flavour.
Serve.
