BELLEVOYE Plum is a non-peaty triple malt whisky. The nose is very fruity. Plum is the salient features in this fruit bowl of cherry plums, apricots, peaches and pears. The mouth is succulent with fruity flavors. A unique blend of three different regions (North of France, Lorraine and Charente) and three different stills. The selected single malt whiskies are between 3 to 8 years old when they enter our cellars. Then, a 6 months post-blending ageing in french plum oak barrels carefully selected for Bellevoye Plum is applied. 43% alc.
