From one of Italy's most famous wineries comes an elegant Italian Rosé wine from Tuscany. Alìe, or “Halia”, is a figure from Greek mythology, a sea nymph and a symbol of sensuality and beauty.
Alìe, an elegant rosé with a pale pink hue and subtle ruby highlights, is a stylish, beautifully-balanced blend of Syrah and Vermentino, varieties that express their finest qualities when grown near the sea. Aromas of white flowers, wild strawberries and citrus peels blend into a delicate structure with hints of minerality typical of the terroir, giving a long, rich finish. Alìe is a full bodied, silky and smooth wine. With its delicate structure and lengthy, complex finish, Alìe is both an enchanting aperitif wine, as well as a delicious accompaniment to a meal shared with close friends and family.
Toscana by the sea
In the heart of the Maremma is the Tenuta Ammiraglia Estate. Its vineyards draw an evocative geometry on the hills, skimming the nearby Tyrrhenian coast. The wines of Tenuta Ammiraglia represent a Mediterranean Tuscany, facing the sea in search of new horizons.
For 700 years the Frescobaldi family has combined tradition, experience and innovation with creativity and the pursuit of excellence. The family has always looked to develop and celebrate the diversity of Tuscany’s terroir, being proud owners of some of the greatest vineyards in this region. As a representative of an uncontaminated and unchanged land of breath-taking landscapes, Faunae expresses the essence of Chianti Classico and its terroir perfectly.
