Lambay Malt Irish Whiskey is a blended single malt whiskey including the finest double and triple Irish distillates, bourbon cask matured and finished in hand-selected cognac casks that have been partially exposed to the sea air on Lambay Island Ireland. Before bottling water is added from Lambay Island's own Trinity Well. With notes of fig, cardamom and spice, it has a long-lasting malt with lingerings sweetness.
