Terms and Conditions
- Gift wrapping is valid while stocks last.
- Gift wrapping is valid only for orders shipped by iShopChangi, and for Non-Travellers and Traveller SG-based delivery only. This service is not applicable for Jewel Collection or other Traveller collection modes, e.g. Departure and Arrival.
- Items that are not shipped by iShopChangi are not eligible for gift wrapping. If your order contains such item(s), please note that the item(s) will be shipped out separately.
- Only items from these merchants - Song Fa, William Grant & Sons, Changi Airport Group #2138, Changi Airport Group #2230, V Wine Studio, ISC-Beauty, ISC-W&S, ISC-Home, Icon Wines, are eligible for On-Demand Delivery.
- To be eligible for On-Demand Delivery, orders must be placed between Monday-Saturday, between 10am to 6pm SGT. Delivery will be made within 4 hours of the order.
- If you have both Regular Delivery item(s) and On-Demand Delivery item(s) in the same transaction or order, you will only be able to select the gift wrapping service for either one of the delivery modes, but not for both.
- Each transaction or order will include only one gift wrapping package, meaning all items that are shipped by iShopChangi and purchased in the same order will be wrapped together. If you prefer to wrap specific items separately, please proceed to check out those items individually.
- iShopChangi will choose the most suitable gift wrapping for your order. Please note that you will not have the option to select the type of gift wrap, except for the type of gift card.
- If your order includes wine(s), the wine(s) may be gift-wrapped separately.
- Orders with wrapping add-ons are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Each order is only allowed a maximum of up to 1 wine sleeve (double-sleeved) and 1 gift box (L).
- The list of gift-wrapping items includes gift boxes (S, M and L) and wine sleeves (single and double-sleeved).
- Items that exceed dimensions of 350mm (L) x 230mm (W) x 300mm (H) will not be able to be gift-wrapped.
- Changi Airport Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd (“CAG”) reserves the right to terminate the promotion at any time, or to amend, vary or delete any of these terms and conditions from time to time without notice.
