This special edition of our ABK6 VSOP Cognac was created in collaboration with Chinese artists, exclusively for the year of the Snake. To blend this special batch Francis Abécassis and Frédéric David the Cellar Master, have selected eaux-de-vie renowned for their rich aromas, aged in the estate’s oldest casks. Each sip of this precious cognac reveals harmonious and powerful flavours, symbolized by the strength of the dragon.

ABK6 Cognac unveils a second limited-edition cuvée to celebrate the Chinese New Year 2025, honoring the Year of the Snake. For this occasion, Francis Abecassis and Cellar Master Frédéric David have carefully selected eaux-de-vie known for their aromatic richness, aged in the oldest casks of the estate.

The bottle design continues in the spirit of the Dragon Edition from 2024 and has once again been created in collaboration with Chinese artists 黄俏龙 Qiaolong Huang et 许冰娜 Bingna Xu. This bottle features an engraved snake amid vine leaves, symbolizing the union of Cognac and Chinese culture. The red, a symbolic color in China, evokes luck and prosperity for the year ahead. The green vine leaves echo the Cognac terroir, while the yellow, associated with wealth and tradition, represents the aromatic richness and ancestral expertise of this spirit, beautifully embodied in this cuvée.

TASTING NOTES
Colour: Golden colour, amber, old gold.
Nose: Richly aromatic, woody, subtly spicy notes, cinnamon, orange peel and dried figs.
Palate: Balanced fruity and woody aromas, candied fruit, hazelnut, walnut. Long, delicate finish.
