Retaining freshness and fragrance through a long fermentation and low distilling to maximize copper retention, its thick texture allows a slow sweet oak spiced palate, and a long light fruity and warm finish going down. Overall, Spicy, fresh and invigorating.

Clean and lively with lemon, citrus fruits and sweet oak, softened by vanilla, coconut and almonds. Later, notes of aromatic plants, liquorice, ginger and cinnamon develop.

Fresh and fruity with aromas of banana, plum, apple, honey and cut hay, joined by some salty/ozone, spicy notes of Cayenne pepper, lemongrass, ginger and clove.
