Independent bottler Chorlton has treated us to some real gems of late, and this release is no exception. It’s a rarely seen older peated Knockdhu! Aged for 18 years in a hogshead, expect all the fruity intensity we’re used to from the distillery – it’s most commonly under the anCnoc-brand – with the addition of a robust, sulphury smoke. Just 179 bottles have been released at a hearty cask strength of 58.9%, at natural colour and without chill-filtration.
