The gem and newest addition to Ozeki Sake Brewery, Souya Ozakaya Junmai Daiginjyo is a new sake that is created on the 310th year of the creation of Ozeki, with the vision of the founder. It is made with 100% Yamada-Nishiki Rice from Hyogo Prefecture, with aromas of pear, strawberry and banana. With flavours of melon, peach, finished with the umami of steamed rice. Best enjoyed chilled.
