Collection Information
iShopChangi Collection Centres are located near GST counters across all terminals. After clearing immigration, look for the directional signs leading to the GST counter. Please collect your items from our collection centres at least one hour before your departure.

To facilitate the collection process, please present your collection slip (sent via email when the purchase is completed), boarding pass and passport to our friendly customer service officer (CSO) at the Collection Centre. Our CSO will retrieve and verify the items with you before handing them over. 

For arrival order collections, please proceed to the following stores located at the Baggage Claim hall to collect your purchased items.

Beauty products: Cosmetics and Perfumes store operated by Shilla Duty Free

Bring These 3 Items with You
Delivery
We currently only offer delivery in Singapore (excluding restricted areas) for participating products from The Shilla Duty Free and Sprint Cass. Complimentary delivery service is applicable with a minimum purchase of S$380. You may choose a delivery date and time that is at least 2 days to 30 days after your scheduled arrival flight back in Singapore. Find out more about our delivery service here.
