These casks were previously used within the unique solera system to produce the distinguished 30 Year Old Matusalem oloroso sherry.
Extra years of maturation gifting a higher strength of 43.6% and real rarities of flavour. Delicious notes of sweet liquorice stick, Black Forest fruits, roasted walnuts and thick marzipan. And a finish of peaches, ginseng, pear tarte tatin and Sanguinello blood oranges.
