Departure & Arrival Orders: You are required to present your CRSP e-Card for identification and verification. If you are unable to present a valid CRSP e-card, your order will be cancelled and a full refund will be processed via your original mode of payment.

Unfortunately, the privileges are only applicable for staff with a valid  CRSP e-card. The CRSP e-card must be presented during collection for verification and identification.
