How do I shop on iShopChangi?

For Travellers:

After creating an account with us, browse through the various products or search via the Search bar at the top of any page within iShopChangi. Add the products to your shopping bag*, check out with your flight details and make payment through one of the payment options available on iShopChangi.

  • Departure Orders: Proceed to the Collection Centre located near the GST Refund Counter at your departure terminal. Present your order confirmation (digital or print-out), passport, and boarding pass to collect your order(s).
  • Arrival Orders: Proceed to the Collection Centre at the Baggage Claim hall after clearing immigration for collection to collect.
  • Delivery Orders: Email a copy of your arrival boarding pass clearly displaying your name and flight details (ensuring they match the details provided in your order) along with your order number to delivery@changiairport.com within 24 hours after your arrival into Singapore.

    Your order will only be processed for delivery after we have verified your boarding pass details against your order details. Your estimated delivery date may vary from your selected date depending on when your order is validated.

*Customers who are departing or transiting through Singapore are advised to check with their airlines or the Customs and Exercise departments of their transit or destination country for restrictions on what they may carry on board. If your transit time is 1 hour or less, you may wish to consider purchasing at your destination country due to limited time available for collection.


For Non-travellers:
After creating an account with us, browse through the products available for non-travellers. Add the products to your shopping bag, check out, and make your payment through one of the payment options available on iShopChangi.

Your order will be delivered to your Singapore shipping address. Note that your estimated delivery date may vary by 3 business days from your selected date. The tracking number will be sent to you once your package has been processed.

 

Do I need to register for an account on iShopChangi?

Yes, you are required to sign up for a Changi Account to shop on iShopChangi. The Changi Account is a digital account service that enables you to connect and transact on Changi Airport’s digital portals with just one username and password.

Who can purchase on iShopChangi?

For Travellers:

All bona fide passengers traveling through Singapore Changi Airport may purchase on iShopChangi. However, you can only purchase alcohol products if you are 18 years old or above. Our Customer Service Officers may request for a photo identification.

  • Departure Orders: You must be departing or transiting through Changi Airport. Customers who are departing or transiting through Singapore are advised to check with their airlines or the Customs and Exercise departments of their transit or destination country for restrictions on what they may carry on board.
 
  • Arrival Orders: You must be arriving at Changi Airport. You may purchase any amount of beauty products on arrival. However, there are restrictions by Singapore Customs on the amount of alcohol products you may purchase, click here for more information.
 
  • Delivery Orders: You must be a bona fide arriving passenger to enjoy local delivery service for your iShopChangi order(s). Local Singapore delivery service is free of charge with a minimum purchase of S$59 for participating brands on iShopChangi.

 

For Non-travellers:

 

You must have a local delivery address to shop on iShopChangi. Local Singapore delivery service is free of charge with a minimum purchase of S$59 for participating brands on iShopChangi. The delivery address must be a valid Singapore residential address - We do not ship to P.O Box and no-delivery zones. Self-collection is available for selected products at Jewel Changi Airport.

What considerations should I take prior to my purchase?

When making a purchase, check for any restrictions on the type or amount of product that you may bring on board at the country where you transit or arrive.

These restrictions may concern aviation security or biosecurity regulations at your destination. Each destination will have different restrictions and regulations for Liquids, Aerosols and Gas (LAGs) and dutiable products.

To avoid any inconvenience, conduct a check with your airline or the Customs and Excise departments of your transit or destination county before making your purchase.

My friends and family are travelling with me. May I order and use up their duty-free/customs allowances?

No. Unfortunately, we will require every customer to purchase under their own name as Singapore Customs allowances are non-transferable.

Are gift-wrapping services available on iShopChangi?
