We are committed to making your purchase seamless and stress-free. However, passengers who are unable to produce the required travel documents may be denied collection and a full refund will be offered.
It will take about 5 minutes for our Collection Centre Customer Service Officers to process your order for collection after we have received your verification documents.

No. Unfortunately, we are constrained by existing regulations and can only release the order to the passenger/ customer who has placed the order.
You may collect iShopChangi purchases from 2 hours before your scheduled departure time. We highly recommend that you collect at least 60 minutes before your scheduled departure time to avoid having to rush to your boarding gates. Your experience here at Changi Airport is important to us.
Should you find yourself having limited time to collect your order due to unforeseen circumstances, please approach our customer service officer and let them know of your order number and flight schedule. We will attempt to expedite your order collection as much as possible.
