      Selatar Airport: What are the operating hours of the Seletar Airport Collection Centres?

      Our collection centres in Seletar Airport operates from 8am - 8pm daily.

      Where is the T2 Arrival (Public Area) Counter?

      For T2 Arrival (Public Area) collection, it is situated between Changi Recommends and Travelex Money Changer.

      What documentation do I need to present to collect my order at the Collection Centre?

      Please bring along your order confirmation (digital or print-out), boarding pass, and passport to collect your order(s).

       

      For collection at T2 Arrival, please bring along your order confirmation (digital or print-out) to collect your order(s).

       

      We are committed to making your purchase seamless and stress-free. However, passengers who are unable to produce the required travel documents may be denied collection and a full refund will be offered.

      How long is the processing time at the Collection Centre?

      It will take about 5 minutes for our Collection Centre Customer Service Officers to process your order for collection after we have received your verification documents.

      What happens if I am unable to collect my order?

      In the event that you are unable to collect your order, a full refund will be made to your original mode of payment within 10 working days.

      Can I delegate a family member or partner to collect on my behalf?

      No. Unfortunately, we are constrained by existing regulations and can only release the order to the passenger/ customer who has placed the order.

      When do I have to collect my order?

      You may collect iShopChangi purchases from 2 hours before your scheduled departure time. We highly recommend that you collect at least 60 minutes before your scheduled departure time to avoid having to rush to your boarding gates. Your experience here at Changi Airport is important to us.

       

      Should you find yourself having limited time to collect your order due to unforeseen circumstances, please approach our  customer service officer and let them know of your order number and flight schedule. We will attempt to expedite your order collection as much as possible.
       

      For Non-Travellers (T2 Arrival Public Area Collection)

      Please collect your iShopChangi purchases on your selected date

      Can I change my collection date for T2 Arrival Public Area collection after order confirmation?

      Yes. If you are unable to come down on the selected date, you may contact us via our WhatsApp chat (+65 9462 8238) to reschedule for another date.

      Seletar Airport: What happens if I am unable to collect the order?

      In the event that you are unable to collect your order, a full refund will be made to your original mode of payment within 10 working days.

      Seletar Airport: What happens if my flight is rescheduled?

      You may reach out to us to provide the rescheduled flight date and time. The order will be prepared for your collection on your rescheduled flight, provided it is not more than 30 days from order date.

      Seletar Airport: What happens if my flight is diverted to Changi Airport?

      Your order will be transferred to Changi Airport for your collection at your departing/arriving terminal.

      Seletar Airport: When do I have to collect my order?

      On the day of your flight. Any orders not collected after 24 hours from your flight date and time will be considered as no show and will be cancelled. A full refund will be made to your original mode of payment within 10 working days.

      Seletar Airport: Why am I unable to purchase liquor on arrival?

      Due to the liquor quota regulated by the Singapore Customs, passengers arriving from Malaysia are not eligible for liquor purchases.

      Seletar Airport: Am I allowed to collect my departure order upon arrival?

      No. Departure orders are strictly meant for collection at the departure collection centre only.
